I sure liked the zing of t...I tried this tea today. I sure liked the zing of the ginger. I thought for sure the lime might be too much, but the ginger helped with that. I, too, with the late twissis, like mine sweet. I like good old fashioned sweet tea from the south. I doubled your recipe, made it as written & tasted it ice-cold from the fridge. It was a tiny bit tart for me, but 1 more tsp of brown sugar fixed what is a matter of pers preference. Loved the spicing! There is a residue from it, but I stirred it in w/ea lovely slurp & it disappears. Lovely beverage, Mia. Enjoyed it very much.
